A month in advance, finally booked Carmel&#39;s most famous Michelin restaurant Aubergine. Very creative French + Japanese full course. This kind of display can really be mouth-watering, but the price is quite expensive.

We were hungry as we passed by and decided to go for dinner. We didn&rsquo;t know they were specializing in gin, which was a very pleasant coincidence. Gin is &ldquo;deconstructed&rdquo; and allows you to add extra flavor, which is fun. The food was fantastic! Tapas snack style, perfect when immersed in a variety of gin. Service was good, all the staff were nice and attentive, Gaia was particularly lovely and knowledgeable. This place made me wish I was staying in Canberra.

I&#39;ve been a regular at this beautiful restaurant! Owen who  owned this restaurant for along time sadly sold but let me say the service food etc is absolutely amazing! They have done him proud!

The food was excellent, we could not fault any of the dishes we had.

This Australian restaurant in Canberra is very worth recommending to everyone. The dishes are very exquisite. Every dish is carefully designed by the chef. It is not only delicious but also very beautiful. It is definitely a classic Australian cuisine, it is worth coming to taste.

The Flute Bakery| wayward stores only open Monday to Friday, around 8-3 in the morning. Everyone still goes to the door. Because this is probably the best bakery in Canberra. A large number of freshly baked breads, pastries, and exquisite desserts are provided every day. Although the coffee is a bit lacking, I especially like the sausage roll and quiche here!
